Zero day Flaw
New Flaw found in Microsoft XP, 2000, 2003. Zero day flaw. It is a flaw in dll which handles wmf files. Windows XP will detect and process a WMF file based on its content, and not rely on the extension alone : said by an analyst Chris Carboni. This shows that a hacker can send a wmf file by renaming it to jpg or gif and send via email as an attachment. The user will have no idea what it does. I have many details abt dll but not confident enuf to present. Microsoft assures they will patch it. till now no patch i think. ANy details plz blog
